Each weekly reset includes:

• Reading 1 short chapter
• A guided meditation
• A weekly summary and prompts
• 2 in-person sessions (London: 3rd Sept and 12th Oct)

You will receive your copy of Boundless Heart by Christina Feldman at our in-person kick off on 3rd September.

No prior reading or meditation experience required.

We will meet in person on the following dates, near White City:

• 3rd September, 7-8pm
• 12th October, 3-5pm
